Health promotion is important at any age, but as we grow older it is essential to our enjoyment of the "golden years." As my tag line says "Wellness is a way of life" and I am going to help you embrace making healthy decisions.  This is not a diet site, nor will it be a make you feel bad because you aren't 5'10 and 130 pounds.  This is about the 6 components of wellness: physical health, emotional health, intellectual health, spiritual health, social health and environmental health. Aging is a natural state of being human; being unhealthy in any of these components is not.  Journey on with me to find out how you can improve your health using common sense and a little effort.
